This Role
As a Member of the Legal Staff - Client Engagement, you will serve as an advocate for the Norm Ai platform, a facilitator of client discussions regarding nuanced legal and regulatory topics, and an ambassador for a novel application of Agentic AI in legal and regulatory contexts. You will take on a wide range of responsibilities in pre- and post-sale settings where you will ensure that our clients are successfully working with the Norm Ai platform by helping connect the dots between their regulatory perspective, their business context, and regulatory guidance. You will directly support our Account Executives as they work to close deals, and will help them supercharge their efforts by ensuring that our clients fully understand the impact of our technology. You will meet with clients frequently and are comfortable presenting and engaging in thoughtful, complex, and dynamic discussions regarding legal concepts. Wherever possible, you will seek to go above and beyond to meet their needs and demonstrate the value of Norm Ai - whether that means preparing custom collateral for a meeting, visiting them in-person at their offices or combing through complex documentation in order to map our clients needs during an implementation. You will serve as a key touchpoint between our GTM team, where you will sit, and product teams by surfacing client feedback in an effective and actionable manner. You will help our product team understand the impact of client requests, and will know when to escalate issues or handle them individually. You may be asked to engage in detailed and deep regulatory mapping and translation using Norm Ai internal tooling. You are a hard worker who is hungry to learn and to move a leading AI company forward. You will also take on strategic projects as and when needed in order to facilitate Norm Ai’s strategic objectives, including working with consultants and law firms who are facilitating our work, working to establish partnerships, and helping Norm Ai tell its story through thoughtful, metrics based, and effective content creation.
