About the Opportunity
SUMMARY
The Learning and Brain Development Lab (PI: Juliet Y. Davidow) at Northeastern University in Boston, MA (https://lbdlpsych.sites.northeastern.edu/) is excited to invite applications for a full-time Lab Technician. The Lab Technician will be responsible for conducting a National Science Foundation CAREER Awarded project, which includes conducting research study sessions in developmental cognitive computational neuroscience. The position also requires general administration and supervision of the lab.
The lab investigates how neurocognitive development during adolescence influences behaviors like learning, memory, decision-making, and executive functions. We use a variety of tools to ask about neural and behavioral mechanisms, including creative behavioral paradigms, computational models, and non-invasive brain imaging, conducted on campus at NUBIC, a state-of-the-art imaging center with a research dedicated Siemens MAGNETOM Prisma 3T MRI scanner https://web.northeastern.edu/nubic/about/equipment/.
