Administrative Support

The responsibility of the Administrative Support position is to be the primary contact for clients and assist with the duties of our financial services office. We are looking for an entry level person, who wants to grow in the future. We will pay for any future education you may need to expand your job duties and your ability for additional income. This is a full-time in office position with no remote work. To join our team, you must be able to pass a background check and you must have reliable transportation.

General Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments
• Data entry
• Database management
• Customer Service
• Client interaction

Qualifications:

• Experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in financial services and/or insurance industry, but not necessary. We will train.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills. Familiarity with Microsoft applications, data entry and information retrieval software a must.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and on a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
