Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Service Advisor to join our team and support the Lead Advisors and other key departments to maximize revenue & retention. The successful candidate will focus on case preparation, enhancing client meeting effectiveness and excel at client relationship management. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and results-driven individual to make a significant impact in the financial services industry; this role provides a foundation to explore various paths within the firm, including development into a Lead Advisor.Benefits Include:Paid Time OffHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)Responsibilities:2nd Chair to Advisor(s)- Prepares all necessary material and preps Lead Advisors for all client meetings to ensure agenda & deliverables are ready.- Attends all client meetings to facilitate thorough documentation, meeting summaries, action items, and follow-through with the client & team.- Owns and leads the follow through and execution of action items from all meetings.- Facilitates & monitors progress throughout the initial planning experience, onboarding, and ongoing reviews.- Creates & manages workflows & tasks to ensure quality & timely execution.Plan Creation- Serves as liaison w/ H.O. FPS to send & review Plans.- Reviews completed plans for accuracy, quality, and case strategy opportunities.- Prepares questions & presents @ Case Strategy Meetings.- Identifies & provides feedback to Leadership for planning & client experience enhancement.Client Relationship Management & Service-Serves existing clients as the initial point of contact for ongoing service questions and advice.- Identifies service & advice requests for Lead Advisor involvement and/or collaboration.- Manages client reviews schedule to ensure timely connections are completed.Planning & Investment Support (as needed)- Supports Director of Investments & Planning in miscellaneous requests, as capacity allows.- Supports miscellaneous project assignments.Qualification & Skills- Life Accident & Health Exam- Series 7 & 63 o- CFP® designation preferred- Exceptional organizational & communication skills [oral & written]- Highly proactive, engaged & motivated to learn and continue professional development- Polished presentation- Excels in collaborative, team environment- Adaptive to change- Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and technology in generalExperience- 2to 5 Yr+ Industry- 2 to 5 Yr+ Financial Planning Concepts- 2 to 5 Yr+ Investments & InsuranceJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $135,000.00 per yearBenefits:• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Dental insurance• Health insurance• Paid time off• Vision insuranceWork Days:• Monday to FridayEducation:• Bachelor's (Required)Ability to Commute:• Saint Simons Island, GA 31522 (Required)Ability to Relocate:• Saint Simons Island, GA 31522: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
