Instructional Designer
Notion is looking for an Instructional Designer to support our Enterprise and Billing Customer Experience teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and effective training materials.
Skills
- Experience building enablement programs for SaaS audiences
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems
- Deep understanding of adult learning best practices and instructional design
- Experience facilitating live and virtual training programs
- Ability to use data for continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain learning solutions for specialized support teams (billing, enterprise)
- Facilitate Notion’s Customer Experience onboarding curriculum and lead train-the-trainer sessions with training partners
- Support product launches and updates by creating clear learning material for the audience
- Identify and track metrics to improve learning experiences
