Mid-Market Customer Success Manager
Notion is looking for a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and expansion for their product. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and passionate about solving real problems.
Skills
- 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
- Ability to build Customer Success playbooks and processes
- Cross-functional problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Drive onboarding, adoption, utilization, and growth in existing customer base
- Identify customers not maximizing their opportunity and create action plans for success
- Partner with Account Management team on expanding use cases for Mid-Market accounts
- Collaborate with Sales team for successful renewals and expansions
- Innovate and iterate on Customer Success programs to retain and grow customers
