5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
Ability to build Customer Success playbooks and processes
Cross-functional problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Drive onboarding, adoption, utilization, and growth in existing customer base
Identify customers not maximizing their opportunity and create action plans for success
Partner with Account Management team on expanding use cases for Mid-Market accounts
Collaborate with Sales team for successful renewals and expansions
Innovate and iterate on Customer Success programs to retain and grow customers
