Try new ideas, learn from mistakes, and rally the team to raise the bar.• Follow several specific procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or slightly varied sequence, such as entering vaccination administration into the state immunization registry and EMR, verifying immunization registry history, uploading resident roster into Track portal• HS diploma or GED• General office experience preferred• Experience utilizing a variety of office software, specifically Microsoft Office• Capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency• Ability to work in one place and traverse the office on a continuing basis• Due to PHI data, adherence to HIPPA requirementsNovir is a fast-growing startup with a work hard, play hard attitude.
