We’re looking for a passionate and analytical remote Digital Analyst, based anywhere in South East Asia, to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in driving data-driven decision making for our clients' digital marketing campaigns. You'll leverage your expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate data collection and implementation. You'll then use these insights to create insightful reports and dashboards using Looker Studio, helping our clients make data-driven decisions that drive results.

This is a fast-paced environment where you'll collaborate closely with Client Success Managers, Strategists, and Digital Performance Managers to collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform campaign optimisation and ensure client success. 

This role offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within the company, with the potential to transition into an indefinite employment after 12 months.

About you

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of  experience as a data analyst or similar role in a digital/creative agency.

  • Proven experience with advanced GA4 implementation and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

  • Experience setting up dashboards using Looker Studio.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in the Melbourne timezone (AEST) and attend client meetings virtually when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to create clear, concise, and visually appealing data visualisations that effectively communicate insights.

  • A basic understanding of marketing, advertising, and e-commerce concepts to better understand the business context of data analysis.

  • The ability to work effectively with other team members, such as client success managers, strategists, and digital performance managers.

  • Experience working with SQL for data analysis

  • Experience with data aggregation tools such as Funnel.io


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Setting up and maintaining data collection from various sources like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), website tags (GTM), social media platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

  • Tracking and analysing the performance of digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, Social Media) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Creating clear and concise reports using data visualisation tools to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders. This may include dashboards, presentations, and written reports.

  • Participating in client meetings to understand their needs and objectives, and translate those into actionable data analysis tasks. Responding to client questions and requests related to data and campaign performance.

  • Using data insights to recommend data-driven strategies and optimizations for client campaigns.

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of new processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
