Passionate agile advocate with a strong technical background (Must understand the Data Engineering life cycle)b. Champion the adoption of Agile Scrum principles within the Data teamc. Scrum Master Expertise: Facilitate all scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to keep teams focused, on track and impediments removedd. Possess a strong technical background in software development methodologies to understand development complexities and collaborate effectively with developerse. Continuously analyze and improve the scrum process with the team, identify areas of improvement ad implementing changes based on best practicesf. Coach and mentor teams on agile practices, fostering collaboration, self organization and high performanceg. Track project progress, measure team performance using agile metrics and generate reports to communicate project health and identify areas for improvementh. Excellent communication, collaboration and facilitation skillsi. Ability to manage conflict constructively and navigate complex situationsj. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.k. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($65.00 to $75.00/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
