Sales Development Representative

We are a seed stage, YC-backed startup on a mission to revolutionize sales tax compliance. Our innovative product is already making waves, and we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. If you are a self starter, eager to learn, and ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Inbound lead qualification: identify and qualify potential customers through various channels

  • Outbound lead generation: generate new business opportunities using scaled outbound efforts

  • Initial calls: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, answer their questions, and collaborate with Account Executives on next steps

  • Building: work with leadership to refine processes and explore new avenues for growth

Requirements

  • Experience: prior work in sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a startup environment

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Driven: highly motivated and target-driven and goal oriented

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools

  • Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment — comfortable with some level of ambiguity

  • Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and a willingness to support other team members
