We empower the world’s leading brands and retailers with unmatched insights into consumer behavior and the influencers that drive it.The salary range for this role is $129,000 - $170,000/year + CommissionNumerator is looking for a sales leader to manage an existing team of Mid-Market Sales Directors (also known as Account Executives). The CPG Mid-Market vertical at Numerator is defined as national brands that are under $1B in annual revenue. This is one of the fastest-growing verticals for Numerator and the reason for why this position is open! The Mid-Market team has experienced tremendous growth and is seeking an external leader to bring new, innovative ideas on how we go-to-market, while collaborating with two other existing leaders.This individual will be involved in managing key relationships with clients as the team continues to expand across the US market. This role is 100% remote, as long as the individual is comfortable traveling to Numerator offices and client locations as needed.What You'll Bring to Numerator• At least 3-5 years of proven success in leading a sales team that has sold into Consumer Packaged Goods, in the functional areas of Brand Marketing, Market Research, Category Management, Shopper, & Consumer Insights• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner, including consecutively exceeding past sales quotas and team metrics• Deep understanding of multiple facets of retailer, agency and consumer products with prior experience selling into marketing, shopper and/or consumer insights• Deep knowledge base of the sales process with the ability to engage senior level executives in strategic meetings to ensure top down alignment regarding strategy and objectives• Skilled at building and managing customer relationships, including stakeholder management• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills• Understanding of household panel data such as Nielsen and/or Circana preferred• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience required• Comfortable with travel (exact percentage flexible due to current environment)What We Offer• An inclusive and collaborative company culture- we work in an open environment while working together to get things done, and adapt to the changing needs as they come.• Market competitive total compensation package.• Volunteer time off and charitable donation matching.• Strong support for career growth, including mentorship programs, leadership training, access to conferences and employee resource groups.• Great benefits package including health/vision/dental, unlimited PTO, flexible schedule, 401K matching, travel reimbursement and more.If this sounds like something you would like to be part of, we'd love for you to apply!
