Senior Contracts Manager
Nuna is a healthcare company dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality healthcare in the US. We are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to professionalize our contracting functions and support our growing market aspirations.
Skills
- Strong understanding of common contractual issues and commercial agreements
- Negotiation and management of complex contracts
- Familiarity with technology contracts and legal terms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to changing technology landscapes
Responsibilities
- Manage contracting workflow from request to signature cycle
- Review and negotiate a variety of vendor contracts
- Draft contract language under legal counsel supervision
- Maintain contract documentation and standardized templates
- Resolve contract disputes and issues through effective communication
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certification from an ABA-approved paralegal program a plus
