Role overview:
Nursa Inc. is currently seeking an A/R Specialist within our Accounts Receivable team based in Murray Utah. This role will primarily focus on applying payments accurately from customers, responding to questions and requests in a timely manner, generating weekly reports, and using professional judgment in serving Nursa’s customers. Accounts Receivable Customer Support Representative will be an essential part of Nursa’s finance team in following industry and company best practices.
Responsibilities:
Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
Communicating with past due customers to resolve outstanding balances as necessary.
Consistent follow up with customers regarding payments and payment status.
Process new accounts and incoming payments.
Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
Create AR statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Work closely with the Operations team to provide information that will effectively help them in the billing process with customers.
Meets regularly with the Manager to review status of A/R, special projects, and problematic or unusual accounts.
Other duties as assigned to support the Accounts Receivable and Finance department.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred
High collaborative IQ
Ability to learn new programs (NetSuite, SalesForce Service Cloud, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to organize
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
