Role overview
Are you a recent graduate in the Salt Lake City area looking to jump-start your career in information technology? Nursa has an opportunity for you! We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Associate to join our IT department. You will learn the ins and outs of IT, from providing excellent customer support to our employees while on the helpdesk to problem-solving hardware and software issues on the fly. This position requires a minimum of four days per week in-office.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot common software and hardware issues.
Track resolution and status of issues in IT support ticketing system.
Provide excellent internal customer service as helpdesk support.
Communicate well with teammates, peers, and coworkers in other departments. Ask for help when needed.
Support senior members of IT team in special projects as requested.
Document common issues. Create runbooks and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
Basic technology knowledge
Strong communication skills
Adaptability to frequent change and occasional high-stress situations
Customer service orientation
Passion for learning: we want someone hungry for IT experience!
Confidence in dealing with ambiguous situations a plus
Must come onsite to our Murray, UT HQ
