Customer Support Agent

Latch is seeking a highly-motivated Customer Support Agent to deliver exceptional customer service for smooth day-to-day operations of our hardware and platforms.

Skills

  • Extensive working knowledge of Access Control Systems, Network, or Low Voltage
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to breakdown complex topics
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, and/or other tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of intuition and ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Confidence in working with data and data analysis
  • Experience working with high-profile accounts

Responsibilities

  • Providing timely and effective customer support through various communication channels
  • Creating and managing a knowledge base for troubleshooting
  • Identifying and resolving hardware or software/platform issues
  • Collaborating across teams for issue resolution and product enhancement
  • Monitoring stakeholder experience and providing feedback
  • Continuously improving support experience and processes
  • Participating in emergency support rotations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field preferred
