Salon Business Development Manager - Southeast

Nutrafol is seeking a Salon Business Development Manager for the Southeast region to drive business, brand loyalty, and brand recognition through new salon business development and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees
  • Manage rotation including existing and new business development
  • Maintain a strong funnel of potential new business
  • Deliver high-quality in-salon presentations and product classes
  • Launch new salons and retail accounts
  • Achieve revenue goals by educating and consulting salon owners, managers, and stylists
  • Support retail segment sales through merchandising and promotional activities
  • Execute strategic education plans for each salon
  • Promote and assist in executing regional and national company-sponsored events
  • Attend company meetings and trainings

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales and retail experience
  • Salon Professional outside sales and salon industry experience preferred
