You may have the goal of helping to feed the world, protect our environment, or offer scientifically sound solutions to complex problems.Waypoint Analytical is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nutrien, LTD.Field Service Technicians are responsible for collecting samples, completing field analysis, and ensuring samples are delivered from the client to the laboratory. for analysis. Their role is essential for ensuring accurate data and maintaining a safe work environment.What You Will Do• Collect samples and conduct field analysis when required per procedures established by company.• Record all information required for sample submittal or data upload to third party software systems.• Ensure sample delivery from clients to the laboratory for analysis.• Engage in physical labor (lifting, pulling, pushing) up to 50 lbs.• Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements at various locations.• Clean, maintain, troubleshoot, and program equipment. Various equipment including PH meters, sampling equipment, and mechanical equipment.• Relay client requests to appropriate lab personnel.• Able to drive for extended periods of time (4+ hours daily).• Follow instructions, pay attention to details, and adapt to an ever-changing environment.• May be required to transport, maintain, and safely operate ATV‘s or UTV’s.• Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment.• Other duties as required.What You Will Bring• High School diploma or equivalent.• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license.• Have and maintain a mobile phone with the ability to receive calls and texts. • Previous experience with sampling activities a bonus.• Previous route driving experience preferred.Waypoint Analytical is an equal opportunity employer.
