Excellent Endocrinology/Diabetes Management Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Opening in Danbury, CT (Fairfield County, 70 miles from NYC)
Nuvance Health, formerly Western Connecticut Health, is seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in Endocrinology/Diabetes Management to join our established and busy employed practice in Danbury, Connecticut, (Fairfield County). We are located about 70 miles northeast of New York City and near the border of Westchester and Putnam Counties in NY. The practice includes five Endocrinologists and two Advance Providers and excellent support staff. We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including allowances for CMEs and Dues expenses.
The ideal candidate will be a board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with prior experience in Endocrinology/Diabetes Management. Candidates with strong internal medicine backgrounds and focus on endocrine/diabetes management will be considered. Position is outpatient based with a Monday-Friday schedule with option for 4/10 schedule. No weekends or call. There will also be opportunity to expand coverage to other area office locations as we continue to grow the practice to meet the needs of our large primary care referral base.
