Model, design, and optimize power dissipation and delivery for NVIDIA ASICs in enterprise, automotive, gaming and other applications.
Drive UPF creation and analysis methodologies to deliver works-first-time solutions.
Partner with teams throughout the company (Architects, RTL, PD, Circuit, SI, Thermal, SW, Platform, Operations, Marketing, etc...) on use cases to deliver outstanding power solutions.
Work with partners and customers to understand system level power, thermal, and cooling needs/constraints.
Provide guidance to improve NVIDIA's ASIC power efficiency. Drive enhancements to NVIDIA's power management features.
What we need to see:
Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of relevant work experience focused on CPU, GPU and architectures.
Understanding of the many factors influencing power efficiency at chip, system, and product levels.
A drive to continuously learn and expand architectural breadth and depth.
Prior experience in power architecture from system level to chip level. Understanding of power-adjacent flows such as reset sequences, boot, and clocking.
Experience working with chip leads across design, verification, PD, and IP teams to build solutions to ensure pre-silicon and post silicon project compliance.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
