Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your New Role...This position exists to support the O2C workstream of Warner Bros. Discovery WBD US Advertising Sales. Individual will play an integral part of the order-to-cash process and support a very fast paced, constantly changing environment. This person will have overall responsibility for analyzing customer accounts, ensuring adherence to contracts, fostering accurate and timely monthly billing, and improving working capital.Your Role Accountabilities...Communicate complex issues and effectively handle difficult customer invoicing requests to maximize productivity, payment resolution and effectivenessActively participate in department and company initiatives, transition activities and projects, keeping aligned with organizational goals and valuesServe as liaison to offshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team and escalation point for billing inquiriesPrepare manual invoices on an ad hoc basis and reconcile to contracts entered to order booking systemsAssists sales teams to ensure deadlines are met and client issues are communicatedAnalyze reporting to identify and resolve billing discrepancies and ensure alignment between financial systemsIdentify and facilitate improvements in the A/R and Billing processes through technology or procedural improvementsMaintain documentation for compliance reporting and auditsQualifications & Experiences...Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferredExperience in SAP is requiredExperience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferredA working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)Should have a complete understanding of the O2C processStrong listening, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, creatively and efficientlyProven track record in meeting deadlinesHow We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important!
