The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is an immersive development experience to build your leadership, general management, population health, operations, and growth skills. The LDP program is one of the ways Oak Street invests in building high-performance leaders on the cutting edge of value-based healthcare delivery.
As a part of the LDP, you will build partnerships across teams and disciplines through your day-to-day work and through special projects. The 12-month experiential leadership program will enhance your understanding of our care model, develop your leadership skills, and provide exposure to senior executives through engaging workshops, coaching, and mentoring. Required Qualifications:
Recent MBA or other advanced degree graduates (MPH/MHA)
Leadership experience required, healthcare experience preferred
Self-starter, enjoy solving challenging problems, uses data to drive insights, and excels in a fast past environment
Supportive attitude toward our patient population of older adults
Outstanding communication skills
Strong analytical and financial competencies
Incredible levels of tenacity, empathy, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Permanent US work authorization required

The estimated annual base salary this position is $145,000.00. The total compensation package for this position includes bonus and benefits such as health care, 401(k) plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), life insurance, disability insurance, and more.
