We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Marketing team in Marousi.
As a Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives, enhancing brand visibility through effective digital and traditional channels, managing cross-functional campaigns, and ensuring cohesive external and internal communications, leading a team of marketing & graphic design professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels and enhance brand visibility - awareness, particularly in the Southeast European region.
- Develop & execute ATL & BTL campaigns to related audiences for the brand & product – services. tailored to business priorities,
- Manage digital channels & social media to maximize online presence, track and analyze digital metrics to continuously refine and optimize campaign performance.
- Create and oversee high-quality content across platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Lead event planning – execution and sponsorships management
- Set and track KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
- Manage media relations, including press releases, press events and media inquiries.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and set actionable marketing goals.
- Develop internal communications to align employees with brand values and business goals.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders (group companies, PR agencies) to support broader business initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various departments, facilitating smooth coordination to achieve company goals.
- Skilled in delivering clear, professional presentations to diverse audiences, including senior-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge in digital marketing and marketing automation, with a strong understanding of best practices and strategies to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Familiar with structured, corporate environments and able to adapt to dynamic situations with agility, maintaining a communicative and reliable presence in discussions.
- Results-oriented, with a deep understanding of company mission, objectives, and departmental targets to drive outcomes aligned with strategic goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, supporting efficient documentation and presentation creation.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications
- Master’s Degree will be considered an asset.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar corporate position or within a MarCom agency
