The Learning Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the strategic design and continuous enhancement of our training programs. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the GM RTO and collaborating with the Training Operations team to ensure that all learning solutions are innovative, compliant, and aligned with industry standards and organisational objectives. The Learning Solutions Architect will focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive digital learning strategy, establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content creation, and driving other strategic initiatives related to the architecture and delivery of learning experiences.
