About the Team:
As the Director of Human Resources, you will be a part of the Legal & HR team at Obsidian and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Obsidian by helping build our people strategy, including designing and executing talent development, compensation, and performance management initiatives. Reporting to the General Counsel & Head of HR, you will collaborate with executives and people leaders to address people-related challenges and opportunities, including talent management, succession planning, compensation issues, employee relations, and day-to-day HR strategy questions.
