Job Description:We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team at Occidental Petroleum in Denver, Colorado. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. This role is part-time with the potential for growth into a full-time position.Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to any issues that arise- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer retention and growth- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to help clients maximize their use of our offerings- Analyze client data and metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Advocate for clients within the organization to ensure their needs are metRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Resourceful and hardworking attitude- Emotional intelligence and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits:- Remote work flexibility- Free food- Disability insuranceWorking Environment:At Occidental Petroleum, we believe in continuously learning and adapting to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.
