Product Support - Tier 3
Oddball is looking for a Tier 3 Support Specialist to provide critical support for a Federal program, improving daily lives through quality software. The ideal candidate will have empathy, strong communication skills, and technical support experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of applications related to Federal program
