Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for effective sales order processing, deemed exports documentation & dispatch leasing with agents, customers, product group, H.O. for effective transportation and distribution.

Job Accountabilities

• Monitoring and disposal of ageing stock at primary and secondary warehouses
• Monitoring of Statutory requirement

• Monitoring of sales order processing
• Remove various bottlenecks faced by order processing executives
• Stock transfer orders for depot warehouses
• Monitor the dispatches of customers
• Ensure no ageing of pending orders more than 24hours
• Evaluation of Warehousing Management Agency.
• Arrange for inspection of material under complaint
• Register complaint in system

• Follow-up for the settlement

Education Requirement :

• Graduate / Post-graduate in commerce / science

• Diploma / degree in supply chain management is desirable

Experience Requirement :

• 2 # 3 years of experience in the area of transportation management

• 3 - 5 years of overall experience

Skills & Competencies :

• Proficiency in SAP, knowledge of APO is desirable
• Knowledge of logistics best practices like vehicle tracking system, etc.
