Customer Success Director (Individual Contributor)

OfferFit is looking for a Customer Success Director to ensure customer satisfaction and success with their AI testing product. You will collaborate with teams and communicate customer needs to enhance the product development.

Skills

Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Excel and SQL
Ability to build trust-based relationships

Responsibilities

Oversee design and execution of OfferFit use cases
Drive renewals, upsells, and expansions
Conduct analysis and provide data-driven presentations
Synthesize and communicate customer insights
Work closely with sales to drive renewals and upsell opportunities

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior Customer Success or Strategy Consulting experience
