Senior Customer Success Manager

OfferFit is a technology company founded by ex-McKinsey and BCG math PhDs, aiming to transform lifecycle marketing by replacing A/B testing with AI testing. They are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer success and help clients maximize their use of OfferFit’s innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Support CS Director in building relationships with customers
Collaborate with internal teams to drive success for AI use cases
Work with sales teams to drive renewals and upsell opportunities
Conduct customer analyses and present insights
Communicate customer needs to product and marketing teams

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Experience in strategy consulting or technology preferred
