Support CS Director to build meaningful relationships across our customers’ organization
Collaborate with implementation and data science teams
Drive renewals and upsell opportunities with the sales team
Synthesize and communicate customer insights
Analyze data and prepare presentations on business impact

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Prior strategy consulting experience preferred
