OfferFit, founded by ex-McKinsey and BCG PhDs, is an AI company that enhances lifecycle marketing by replacing A/B testing with AI testing. They are looking for a Sr. Manager of Business Operations to drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities

Execute key strategy projects across the company
Partner with the Executive team to drive business priorities
Manage company’s operating cadence and alignment
Identify and unblock operational bottlenecks

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Master’s degree preferred
