Here are some of the more specific areas where we need your expertise:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and voice messages promptly
- Document all incoming and outgoing call content
- Greet and assist all clients and Team Members
- Assist with New Team Member onboarding tasks, including collecting employment paperwork, delivering administrative training, and assisting with credentialing and certification activities
- Coordinate expense reimbursements including Team Member mileage, professional development expenses, check requests and payment of all other expenses the division incurs
- Review/audit of payroll hours
- Conversion of scheduled appointment
- Maintain the facility to TBH standards for “look and feel,” including regular organization and light cleaning
- Coordinate repairs or maintenance of the facility, furniture, or equipment
- Manage supply inventory, and reorder supplies within the allotted budget
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
Trumpet Behavioral Health (TBH) is hiring a Site Administrator who shares a passion for working amongst the most empathetic, flexible and brightest individuals. In this function you will lead the general office operations and procedures, while creating lasting memories in our center with our families and therapists. This is a full- time position for M-F between the hours of 8:00AM-5:30PM alternating between our Tracy and Modesto offices.
