Position: Office Administrator

Job Description:

The Office Administrator position will play an integral role in the organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to all managers. These responsibilities may include: clerical duties, filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, assist in driver training and onboarding documents for new drivers. Qualified candidates will have a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.

Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills

Microsoft and Excel experience is a must.

  • Strong ability to organize their work with tools using a 3-tier organizational structure;
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work;
  • Must be able to use business management tools as well as internal software and hardware.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or within a team.

Essential Functions:
Provide administrative support to all managers; including answering questions, assisting with driver onboarding, and assisting with driver complaints.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Managerial Team or at the request of the Director of Operations.
  • Maintain an orderly office environment and maintain proper filing systems; including but not limited to; scanning, emailing, faxing, etc.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, distribute packets of information to employees, and prepare outgoing mailings; including but not limited to correspondence, training materials, etc.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Managerial Team or at the request of the Director of Operations.
  • Be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Boynton Beach, FL 33426: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
