Office & Feel Good Intern (f/m/x)

What you will do

• Responsible for office organisation

• You own special projects: such as the organisation of different office events

• You will support our Junior People & Culture Manager in various HR related topics (such as recruitment, on-/offboarding, support of employees and many more)

• Supporting our entire team in terms of shaping our company culture

• You will be part of setting up processes from start to finish

What we're looking for

• You are currently enrolled as a student, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent and must complete your compulsory internship.

• You have 6 months time and are willing to relocate to Berlin

• You are very well organised, proactive, have an eye for detail and a good multitasker

• You are not afraid of taking on administrative tasks

• Hands on and able to take initiative

• First experience in office management is a plus

• Willing to be office based - min 3-4 days per week

• Fluent level of German and English as well as excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
