Responsible for office organisation
You own special projects: such as the organisation of different office events
You will support our Junior People & Culture Manager in various HR related topics (such as recruitment, on-/offboarding, support of employees and many more)
Supporting our entire team in terms of shaping our company culture
You will be part of setting up processes from start to finish
You are currently enrolled as a student, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent and must complete your compulsory internship.
You have 6 months time and are willing to relocate to Berlin
You are very well organised, proactive, have an eye for detail and a good multitasker
You are not afraid of taking on administrative tasks
Hands on and able to take initiative
First experience in office management is a plus
Willing to be office based - min 3-4 days per week
Fluent level of German and English as well as excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
