GDIT is seeking Office Assistant IV preferably with active secret clearance in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area.
The position will support DoD programs that are playing a major role in strengthening and modernizing America's Strategic Deterrent Force within GDIT’s Digital Engineering and Space Systems Business Unit. GDIT will develop and deliver a digital engineering design solution which enables and integrates the program’s complete set of data, tools, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) activities, and makes them available to internal and appropriate external engineering and programmatic stakeholders throughout the program’s lifecycle. This effort will culminate in an abstracted, highly transportable environment delivered to the Government, to be instantiated “virtually” on the Government’s network infrastructure.
Duties of this position include performing a variety of general administrative and operational tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group, or customer; Assisting the program staff with scheduling meetings, briefings and reviews.
Required Skills:
Ability to multi-task and prioritize a number of tasks concurrently
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
Possess an advanced level of understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and industry standards (EIA 748 current version) and Scheduling.
Possess strong proficiency in performing EVM analyses and oversight.
Have hands-on experience preparing and maintaining EVM artifacts such as: Control Account Plans (CAP), Work Breakdown - Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), Basis of Estimates (BOE), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Authorization Documents (WAD).
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
Performs a variety of general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and correspondence, coordinating travel and meeting arrangements, answering phones, filing, and sorting and distributing mail, in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group or customer.
Qualifications:
AA/AS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience or a total of 6-7+ years' experience
Security Clearance:
Current Secret clearance preferred. Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information.
Travel:
Possible travel approximately 20%

100% Remote in USA
