The Opportunity
In this role, you'll support our Senior Manager of Operations and our local Mountain View employees. You will play a vital role in the support of our growing team by ensuring the office is well-organized and a warm, productive place to work. You'll assist with putting on company events, managing supplies and give-aways, welcoming visitors and coordinating schedules. This role is crucial to creating an exceptional in-office experience for our US headquarters.
