Primary responsibilities include review of Federal PLUS Loan applications, data entry, imaging of incoming documents, and assisting staff. This position will also contact students and parents via email and telephone regarding issues with paper work to complete data needed for file. Other assigned tasks.

Minimum Required Qualifications
High School diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience required; equivalent education/experience considered. Must have strong interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills. Attention to detail necessary. Proficiency with computer software to include word processing and database. Excellent customer service skills essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree preferred. Experience working in a high-paced office environment, preferably in education or related field. Preferred knowledge and skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook calendaring, office assisting, and data entry and document management/organization.
