As an Office Associate, you will:
- Provide technical and administrative support to research, teaching, and extension faculty and staff in the Department of Agronomy & Horticulture.
- Provide technical support by creating written and electronic class materials and publications from information provided by faculty.
- Design graphics to support written or video materials.
- Edit video content.
- Provide data synthesis and other administrative support tasks as needed.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Associate degree in business, information technology, digital media, or related field plus two years of experience in a technical office support role OR high school diploma plus four years of experience in a technical office support role. Knowledge of both PC and Mac based systems and their use for word processing, presentations, spreadsheets, databases, document management, and Learning Management Systems. Knowledge of web conference management and equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A high level of attention to detail and ability to organize and manage multiple ongoing projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Video editing skills preferred. Technology troubleshooting experience.
