The Office Services Assistant performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties. The main focus of this position will be oversight of the copy/mail center and copy/support areas and related equipment. This position will work with office attorneys and staff to provide a high level of customer service and support, while consistently producing an excellent work product.
GENERAL
-
Central duplicating, including copying, scanning, faxing, laminating, compiling notebooks, and creating custom tabs as needed;

Coordinate courier deliveries; maintain delivery log, ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are followed;
-
Receive and distribute mail inclusive of US mail and overnight carriers (i.e. FedEx);
-
Oversee maintenance calls of Xerox machines and Xerox supply orders;
-
Provide proactive toner replenishment for all Xerox and printer devices;
-
Provide level 1 service and preventative maintenance on all Xerox related equipment;
-
Laise with Xerox management to provide monthly metrics and usage information for reporting and billing purposes;

Maintain printer stations neat, organized and fully stocked;

Maintain the general appearance of war room, file rooms and office services room and closet;
-
Set up visitor offices for guests;

Monitor supply inventory and submit supply order requests;

Occasional assistance with general office appearance and hospitality functions;

Serve as fill-in for hospitality functions;

Assist with reception coverage as needed;

Other administrative responsibilities as requested.

Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including one hour for lunch, with overtime as required.
