Office Supervisor III
Brief Summary of Job Duties
Job duties and Responsibilities include:
- Supervise the day-to-day and operational procedures of the Financial Aid Office
- Supervise classified clerical staff and student workers as assigned
- Advise students of awards, cancellations, etc. based on information from financial aid
- Assist in establishing workflow procedures with financial aid advisors
- Responsible for the daily receiving, screening, and distributing all in-coming
- Manage the data system to include the receipt of electronic documents, supporting data,
- Produce and data-enter the initial active files for current enrolled and prospective students
- Corresponds with parents, students, and University Officials
- Logs and maintains money-mailing lists and transmit incoming scholarship checks to
- Train, motivate, supervise, and evaluate Office Clerk staff and student workers
- Prepares for the Director, Associate Director, memos, reports, charts, and special project
- Provide continuous staff development to staff and student employees
- Other general and administrative duties as required
Requested Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
