You’ll build, manage, and execute campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and accelerate pipeline growth for OfficeSpace through a diverse mix of channels including ABM, digital, email, webinars, social, direct mail, content syndication, events, and more.This role is a key part of the marketing team. You’ll be reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, success, and product teams. A detail-oriented, versatile, and results-driven marketing professional will thrive in this role! Responsibilities include:• Own the execution of the marketing funnel programs which take prospects from awareness to opportunity to purchase through integrated, targeted nurture campaigns.• Plan and deploy email campaigns, re-engagement programs, and nurture tracks by segment, use case, and persona.• Develop and manage webinars and digital events; identify topics and SMEs; collaborate with content and design teams on compelling stories; coordinate scheduling and deliverables.• Support the management of in-person events, from project conception through execution, partnering closely with our content and design teams on messaging and collateral, and our BDR team on meeting setting.• Oversee end-to-end paid digital campaigns including planning, ad copywriting, bid management, budget allocation, account/ad group structure, keyword optimization, A/B testing, and analyzing results (Google, Bing, 6Sense, LinkedIn, Capterra, Google Display Network, and others).• Develop and execute ABM strategies, including account selection, research, and plan• ning.Test, optimize, and produce ABM campaign materials and messaging, partner with BDRs and AEs to optimize outcomes, measure and report on results.• Prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, solution and buying cycle.• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, cost to acquire, campaign performance, and more.• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize campaigns, and achieve results.• Work closely with our BDR team to assure quality delivery and proper follow-up.• Stay current on trends and best practices and continually analyze and leverage opportunities for optimizing programs.The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required:• 5+ years of experience in demand generation in a B2B SaaS organization required, preferably between $10M - $100M ARR.
