OH-Westlake-Call Service Representative-$18/hr; 40hrs/wk

Call Service Representatives needed immediately for non-sales (cable utilities) call center office. Hours are 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Pay is $18 per hour plus benefits, paid holidays, and paid leave.

Description and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service via phone communication with customers.
• Serves customers by providing information; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
• Document and update customer database of customer records and interactions.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
