JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing individuals through motivation, counseling, skill development, and product knowledge development. Additionally, the Sales Manager will manage marketing programs including developing marketing, advertising, and coverage strategies for increasing sales and expanding in existing markets.
