JOB SUMMARY:
This Systems Analyst's role is to plan, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain efficient information systems in support of core organizational functions with a primary focus on software integrations. Hands-on programming and configuration skills are required. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, plan, and implement integrations between disparate systems to maximize the benefit of business system investments. Frequent interaction is required with internal analysts, project leads, as well as other internal and external stakeholders such as third-party software vendors.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A college degree or equivalent experience in information technology is required; related industry certifications are required.
- Must have 5 or more years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining Microsoft C# .NET applications.
- Experience collaborating with end users to collect business requirements and creating project documentation, with software development methodologies, and scripting languages is required.
- Must have hands-on experience troubleshooting software and hardware, experience with documenting and maintaining configuration and process information, and knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Must be able to develop and maintain C# .NET projects and SharePoint Online, Microsoft SQL Database Objects, and able to conduct research into issues and new products as required.
- Must have a strong knowledge of API Integration and Development, experience with Microsoft SharePoint or similar collaboration tools, and strong knowledge of active director and systems integration.
- Knowledge of application maintenance such as performing installations of client/server software upgrades and patches while communicating with end users, and of network, PC, and platform operating systems, including Windows server (2016+) and desktop operating systems (Win10-11) necessary for success in this role.
- Prefer experience with Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Power Automate, Windows PowerShell, and familiarity with report design, and SQL Server Reporting.
- Familiarity with enterprise application integration and other middleware technologies such as web service, database, and application/content integration, and creation of user accounts, group policies, security groups, permissions, and single sign-on (SAML).
- Availability to work after hours, and on weekends is required; and must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
