How you'll create impact:
- Coordinate sourcing, communication, execution, and distribution of partner & merchant involvement in Okendo’s content including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, pillar pieces, webinars and in-person events.
- Own the evaluation, coordination, and delivery of co-marketing & event opportunities by working with the Director of Marketing, Partner Managers, Content Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, and Creative Operations Manager to determine feasibility, timeline, and goals.
- Ensure all stakeholders are filled in on co-marketing & event requirements and are provided the resources they need to drive a successful campaign in a timely manner.
- Maximize new referrals and marketing engaged leads contributions from partners globally through Okendo-hosted and partner-hosted co-marketing initiatives and events. Continually work to identify and create collaborative marketing opportunities with partners that increase awareness, distribute our brand, and generate new top of funnel lead generation for Okendo.
- Own the day-to-day management of the co-marketing pipeline, and budgeting and invoicing of co-marketing campaigns and events to ensure all initiatives and costs are tracked and kept up to date.
- Track lead progress and ensure partners are meeting their lead requirements for participating in Okendo-hosted marketing and events, and that Okendo is meeting their lead requirements when participating in partner-hosted campaigns. Ensure that all co-marketing campaigns allow for marketing opt-in. Submit lead lists to Marketing Manager for importing into Hubspot into a timely manner.
- Partner with the Director of Marketing, Director of Product Marketing, and Product Enablement Manager on the execution of partner channel enablement, promotion, and management programs, including Town Halls, partner newsletter, Partner Program tier awards, and new product launch emails (including integrations) directed to the partner audience.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to the Director of Marketing & SVP, Marketing & Partnerships as it relates to co-marketing & event performance, progress, and budget.
- Contribute towards Okendo’s New Partner Acquisition, New Partner Onboarding, Partner GTM Collaboration, and Partner Nurturing goals.
- Organize and structure the execution of your duties in line with the revenue model as well as OKRs.
What we need from you:
- Experience: 3-5 years total experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment (At least 1 year in Partner Marketing)
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
- Experience in eCommerce / Shopify ecosystem
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize competing projects
- Experience with Hubspot, Notion and Google suite of products
1-Month Success
Onboard and learn Okendo’s product suite, teams, and marketing processes
Establish cadences with cross-functional counterparts
Confirm venues & vendors for quarterly Okendo customer workshop
Take over partner communications for any co-marketing activities
3-Month Success
Independently run co-marketing pipeline and evaluation of co-marketing and event opportunities.
Partner with Marketing Manager to strategize on the promotional calendar based on your understanding of each campaign, timelines, and the resources required from Okendo.
Understand Okendo’s partner ecosystem and proactively identify opportunities to co-marketing with partners for lead generation
6-Month Success
Have a strong understanding of Okendo revenue model, track progress toward goals, and provide solutions and suggestions to drive the team toward reaching those goals.
Present quarterly event & co-marketing strategies & provide strategic updates to the Director of Marketing & SVP, Marketing & Partnerships on the state of the program and progress to OKRs
