Position Summary

As an Okendo Executive reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Sales will play a key role in driving the company to $100ARR. You will be responsible for driving revenue across 3 key global markets (the United States, EMEA, and APAC).

How you'll create impact:

  • Build scalable systems and strategies to effectively and efficiently market Okendo platform and product offerings. Continually build and iterate upon programs.
  • Oversee Marketing team. Ensure timely delivery of monthly Campaign outputs to drive maximum Marketing Engaged Leads (MELs) and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Manage team of Partner Managers to maximize new referrals and ARR contribution through Agency and Technology Partner network. Continually work to identify and create collaborative marketing opportunities with partners that increase awareness, distribute our brand and generate new sales opportunities for Okendo.
  • Manage Marketing & Partnerships budget. Ensure effective ROI on spend. Work to minimize CAC and maximize CLTV.
  • Assist cross-functional teams to meet their goals. Work executive team members to ensure shared objectives are met.
  • Generate new ARR through strategizing, promoting and driving adoption of new products Okendo brings to market.
  • Represent Okendo at high-profile industry, partners’ and other client-facing events and conferences, by presenting on industry topics, sharing partner success stories and educating audiences on the Okendo platform. Assist team to close key logo clients.
  • Organize and structure the execution of duties within the OKR performance management framework and provide regular updates to Okendo’s Executive and Management teams as needed.

What we need from you:

  • Experience managing a business unit including Partnerships, Marketing or Sales;
  • Direct management, project management and leadership experience; Experience driving revenue for an AAR SaaS company;
  • Proven track record of managing Marketing and Partnerships teams; Extensive experience in the field of Direct To Consumer (DTC) ecommerce;
  • Experience with Shopify ecommerce platform and Shopify app ecosystem;
  • Experience with Hubspot Customer Resource Management software;
  • Understanding of Marketing funnel concept;
  • Experience in the design and implementation of successful marketing campaigns; and
  • Experience in the use of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, International Business or related field,
  • and at least four [4] years of experience in a Sales, Partnerships or Marketing role, or related occupation.
  • Remote work
  • Required travel – 10% throughout the U.S.

$250,000 - $300,000 a year
