Associate General Counsel, Litigation and Regulatory

5+ years of relevant litigation and regulatory experience
Strong understanding of financial services and securities laws
Ability to navigate complex legal landscapes
Excellent analytical and writing skills

Responsibilities

Managing litigation and regulatory matters
Supporting various legal coverage areas
Analyzing legal risks of new and existing digital assets
Collaborating with product and business development teams
Advising on legal concepts and risks

Education

Active membership with a state bar (CA or NY preferred)
Eligible to practice in California as a registered in-house counsel
