About the Opportunity

What you will be doing:

Develop, manage, and optimising affiliate campaigns to develop new affiliate network and improve the performance of existing affiliates
Mainly focus on expanding the influencer resources in local market, which could bring trading users and income to the platform
Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates
Optimise the strategy of business develop and plan corresponding actions to ensure the conversion rate
Analyse user habits and user behaviour, and judge the trend of business development

What We Look For In You

Bachelor degree or above, and possessing at least 1 year of affiliate marketing/ business development experience, ideally in the Cryptocurrency space
Experience in end to end process of building large affiliate networks
Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude would be a plus
Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimisation methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
