Responsibilities

Interacting with global customers via email, chat, voice, and social media to address inquiries and issues
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to handle complaints and feedback
Maintaining knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders
Escalating queries to supervisors as needed
