Engineering Manager, Risk (Product)

OKX is looking for a motivated Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Risk Engineering team in San Jose, focusing on measuring, detecting, preventing, and enforcing payment risks. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in fraud/risk management, system design, and Java development.

3-5 years of people management experience
At least 3 years experience in Fraud/Risk Management
Proficiency in Java
Results-driven and data-driven mindset

Responsibilities

Building and managing the Risk Actions team at OKX
Defining long term technical roadmap aligned with Risk Engineering org
Leading system design and technical solutions of business services and tools
Managing individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Optimizing systems for improved scalability and performance
Building a team culture that encourages innovation and engineering excellence
