Digital Design Director, Global Creative

OLAPLEX is looking for a Digital Design Director to lead the graphic design direction across various digital channels for brand.com/DTC including website, email, and paid social advertising. The role involves collaborating closely with Global Creative, Ecommerce, and Marketing teams to develop creative concepts and ensure projects are visually captivating and effective within the digital space.

Proficient in Adobe programs
Strong typographic skills
Experience in digital design and motion graphics
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

Responsibilities

Create and oversee production of visual elements for DTC website and CRM
Lead and mentor a team of designers
Collaborate with various teams to develop engaging digital content
Utilize latest design trends and technologies
Maintain cohesive visual identity across channels

Education

BA or BFA in Graphic Design or Visual Communication Design
